Disaster Relief Response

The EMITO Foundation provides non-perishable goods and cooked meals to communities in response to COVID and natural disasters. Within the last few years, over $400,000 in non-perishable goods and cooked meals have been provided to support homeless shelters and vulnerable communities impacted by Hurricane Harvey and COVID.

Scholarship Fund

We understand that education is important for a brighter future and the global economy. Our Scholarship Fund provides resources to empower the next generation of leaders. We award funding through an open application process for high school senior level students based in the Greater Houston metropolitan area.

Community Support

The EMITO Foundation offers funding to platforms and events encouraging social and economic development. We award funding through an open application process and provide funding to local organizations in the city of Houston.

Christmas Care Relief

Feeding Communities and Making a Difference. Over the years, EMITO Foundation has distributed containers of perishable and non-perishable goods provided by Wazobia African Market to families in need during the holidays. The Christmas Care Relief is open to individuals and families in need based in the Greater Houston metropolitan area. All interested individuals or families are required to complete the online form to be considered for the Christmas Care Relief by November 15th.
